Prices
As we ourselves do not have time to stay in our house in Tuscany year round, we like to rent it out to others who would like to enjoy Tuscany. Our house has a personal touch, which makes you feel at home right away. In contrast to minimalistic style home in Denmark, our house in Tuscany is decorated in a romantic relaxed style that we think fits the place and the house well. Thus, you won’t find all the bowls in white porcelain and matching cups and glasses, but yellow, blue and green bowls and cups in a rustic style. We hope that you will enjoy the place and take good care of the house, as if it was your own.

This is a sweet and charming holiday residence hosting 2-3 people. From the 60m2 large terrace with a beautiful facing and panorama view you enter a big gorgeous kitchen that is the center of the house. Apart from that the residence consists of a romantic bedroom and a cozy living room with a TV and DVD player where you have the opportunity of an extra bed in the hide-a-bed.

From the 30m2 large terrace you enter a big nice kitchen with an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped gas stove and oven, fridge with a small freezer, electric water boiler and toaster. Apart from that the house has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, a living room with TV and DVD player, big new bathroom with a tub as well as an extra small toilet which has an charming old door through which tall Scandinavians will have to duck.
Conditions
Payment must occur 8 days after receiving the confirmation mail at the latest. 50% must be paid as a deposit. In the absence of payment the agreement will be annulled. The remainder of the payment must be paid at the latest, 8 weeks before the beginning of the stay. The key will be sent one week before the beginning of the stay. If you book the house less than 8 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the entire amount must be paid all at once.
Prices include exit cleaning, electricity, gas as well as local taxes. The price is given per week.
Cancellation can be made up to 12 weeks before the rental period begins with a DKK 1500.00 cancellation fee per week. If you have to cancel within the last 12 weeks before the rental period begins, we will try to rent out the house to someone else and if we succeed we will refund you the entire amount less DKK 500.00.
A normal rental period starts Saturday at 4pm and run until the following Saturday at 10am, as the cleaning personal needs time to clean. It is possible outside the high season (July-August) to rent the house in “odd” periods, however with a minimum of 7 days.
